After 12 months, you will have all that you need except for time and experience using the tested theory, to propel your leadership practice to the best that it can be in your lifetime. That which is widely taught about leadership is not based on leadership's grand theory – that which explains how it works and does not work. Scholars were on a quest to find what is now available to you for the first time!

Your leadership will be underpinned by leadership's grand theory (LGT), supported by 3,000 years of literature, principles, science, and empirical evidence. In an uncertain world, it is wise to be ready! Leadership's grand theory will put the leader in a position to succeed and never fail as a leader in any context (e.g., public, private, crisis, military, sustainability, law enforcement, business, at home, or on the throne).

The course delivers one of the most cost effective paths to sustainability at scale. Some ask is leadership for me? Throughout my life, I cannot remember the pursuit of a position or a leadership opportunity. However, there are many stories about how these seem to find me from a young age. I have learned to love leadership because of its potential for good. However, I hold several loves greater than leadership, and one of those loves is for people. It hurts my heart to see the lives and livelihoods of people degraded, harmed, and placed at risk resulting from practices purported to be the leadership that I love. In reality, such practices should be more accurately defined by other phenomenon (e.g., authoritarianism, bossism, coercion, deception, headship, and others) and not the art or science of leadership. We will even use the term nominal leadership during the paradigm shift.

The practice of leadership premised on its grand theory is simple but not necessarily easy. I make one promise to you now:

"The course will expose you to the best leadership has to offer in this life; thus, leading you to the best in leadership and the best in life. If you diligently use the principles in all your relationships daily, in which there will be many opportunities; you will never fail as a leader in any context."
